Build a harmonic-like spectrum from a scale's notes fitted across octaves to a base frequency.

Makam degrees are a 53-TET usage histogram over the whole corpus, so rare passing/ornament notes show up as extra degrees. Raise this to hide them; set to 0 to show every degree.
Spectrum Parameters
When randomize is on, each candidate's cost is nudged by random·jitter before sorting. All chosen partials still respect tolerance; only which valid candidate wins changes. 0 = deterministic.
