Right hand — chord groups (treble clef)
Interval offsets from each mode step. e.g. [[0,2,4]] = 1st+3rd+5th. [[0,2],[1,3]] = two chords per step.
Left hand — chord groups (bass clef)
Same format. Offsets wrap to the next octave when they exceed the mode length.
